This Privacy Policy explains what information Loomshot ("we," "us") collects, why, and how it's handled.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: your email address, from Google sign-in or the email you provide.
• Your content: product photos you upload, store URLs you submit for the free demo, and the images we generate from them.
• Usage data: your IP address, used only to enforce rate limits on the free demo, and basic request logs.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its amount — never your card number.

2. How we use it

To run the Service: score and generate your product photos, track your token balance and generation history, process payments, and keep the free demo from being abused.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your product photos to train our own models.

3. Third parties we share data with

• OpenAI — receives your product photos to score their quality and generate edited versions.
• Stripe — receives what's needed to process a token-pack payment.
• Google — if you sign in with Google, handles that authentication; we only receive your email and account ID.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active, so you can access your upload history and re-download past results.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@loomshot.app. We'll process deletion requests within a reasonable time, except for records we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. payment history).

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. International users

Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, your data will be processed there.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
